Local service transport can be delivered in various ways to ensure your business runs effectively. Smaller business’s will start out with ANALOG LINES and either growth or necessity determines the use of DID’S (Direct Inward Dialing) and T-1 level access.

Access Types:

Standalone 23 Channel(PRI) or 24 Channel(DSS) T-1’s
Integrated/Channelized T-1’s allow for the configuration of the 23 or 24 channel T-1’s into separate Voice and Data channels.
Dynamic T-1’s have the ability to combine Voice and Data on a single circuit dynamically. Voice channels that are not in use are automatically converted into additional data bandwidth. This is more cost effective than having two separate T-1’s and has been a popular option over the past few years.
SIP Trunking is starting got come into the fold as a more flexible way to connect to IP phone systems. Carriers are using SIP to deliver local products in ways to lower cost and provide flexibility of handling call flow for ever changing business needs.

Integrated Communications can provide local products anywhere in the country, with some limitations in rural areas or independent LEC's (Local Exchange Carriers).

LONG DISTANCE

Domestic Intrastate and Interstate - Switched and Dedicated Long Distance
International Long Distance

Long Distance has not changed much over the years, except the fact of tumbling rates. In the early 90's it was .025 cents per minute, now the rates are .025 to .03 for switch interstate and .015 to .012 for dedicated interstate.

Integrated Communications can provide Long Distance Services anywhere in the domestic US.
