Integrated Communications is an independent agent/broker of Local, Long Distance, Data, Internet and Web Conferencing services. We work with our clients as Consultants (at no cost to our clients), assisting in Telecom audits and reviews and providing an objective recommendation for service.
   
We feel we bring a unique perspective to the table because we represent many different carriers and vendors in the Telecom marketplace, but are obligated to no one. We make recommendations for service based on what we (you and Integrated) feel best suits the needs of your organization.
  
Role of Integrated Communications: ICI serves multiple roles with our customers. First and foremost, we serve as an ongoing resource and partner regarding your telecommunications needs. We take a proactive stance regarding the management of your services, and strive to provide you with up to date information on related service and pricing issues in the marketplace.
  
One of the benefits we bring to the table for our customers is the advantage of working with one point of contact, even though their services may be spread among several carriers. It is a major reason we maintain such long-standing relationships with our customers. Integrated functions as the Account Manager and works closely with our customers long term, assisting with their service, support and billing issues.
  
We will oversee the initial provisioning and implementation of your services in concert with the providing carrier, coordinate with equipment and computer vendors, be on site to help manage initial turn-up of service, and perform an audit of your initial billings for correctness. All customers have access to normal service and support provided by the carrier. We endeavor to enhance that service and support in any way we can.
